”We had a great stay at the Drury Hotel in San Antonio! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in and our entire stay easy and enjoyable. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and evening snacks, which were a nice bonus. Overall, a great value, and we’d definitely stay here again!”

”We checked in on a Thurs afternoon and the staff member on duty at the front desk was great. He was very gracious and made us feel right at home. When our driver needed help locating the hotel due to construction going on, the staff member got on the phone and gave him directions. Other staff members for the rest of our stay were also very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the waffles and yogurt for breakfast.”

”The elevator has been out of service for over two weeks, which has been a major inconvenience. Guests should have been informed in advance so they could have made other accommodations instead of having to climb four flights of stairs to and from their rooms.
