”Paid 200 bucks for room with jetted tub and it did not work. Long hair was on counter clearly not mine.dead bug in the regular tub room definitely wasnt properly cleaned ”

”The AC had a good range of cool/warm and strength of breeze. The period I stayed there was unusually cool for May, so I turned up the room temp and had a great sleep. The pillows came with 3 different softness and bulks, which was nice. The shower was hot enough and the stream was strong enough although I've had it better elsewhere. The only disappointment for me was the really basic breakfast: pre-packaged cupcakes, oranges, and tea/coffee.”

”Staying here is 7 out of 10 because once I arrive the room everything seem fine until I find bedsheet with blue line spot around it but I call right way but they can’t change until morning time definitely need housekeeping 24 hour in case anything happen but staff are friendly and kind with smile on it but the definitely need more cleaning when someone checking in new room ”

”Do NOT book here! It was dirty! Trash in the bathroom floor. Horrible smell. Less than half a roll of toilet paper. Two bath towels for a room that sleeps 4. The person at the check in window didn’t want to give us anything else. I should have known to run away when it said all over the check in that no refunds after 15 of checking in! ”

”Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

”The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”
