”Hotel is basic but clean. Staff was nice and polite. Breakfast offering was sparse. Lack of electric outlet in room. Check in is at 4pm. We were 40 minutes early and were charged $20 early check in fee.”

”Great location and stay for the price point! The rooms were spacious, and the shared common areas, along with outdoor spaces were comfortable. The rooms could benefit from a dehumidifier as it was quite moist inside even with the AC turned up (76 degrees).”

”It was weird when we got there. We couldn't find the entrance at first since it wasn't obvious. When we did find it, there was just a key left on the table with my name saying that everything was self-service. Not one employee in sight. It's an old property under renovation so it felt pretty creepy. Everything creaks and the walls are thin. The room was okay with a nice view of the Hudson. I did appreciate the snacks and water that was left in the lobby since the restaurant across the street is...

”We had a wonderful stay at Phoenicia Lodge. We stayed for two nights and went hiking in the surrounding area. The lodge is in a great location—ideal if you have a car (we didn’t, but we managed just fine). Sandra was a huge help, and the welcome was fantastic. She always gave great advice and really takes good care of her guests. I highly recommend Phoenicia Lodge.”
