”The pricing on this property was deceptive. When compared to other resorts in this area, it is one of the highest rated resorts for the least amount of cost. They do not mention on Expedia that cost for "parking" is extra, like $256 for the week (over $36 per day). Although plenty of parking spaces were available during our stay. Expedia also listed "in room microwave". The only microwave available is located at the 5th floor lobby in the main "Building 2". It is quite a hike from Building...

”Nice and centrally located. We looked around and it is perfectly everything…. It’s not too fancy and just a perfect combination of life. If your snobby then it’s not for you but if your a mid lifer then you will love it. We think it’s amazing and everything we needed.”

”We had a really good experience staying at the Outrigger Kauai Resort. The resort had nice pools, hot tubs, restaurants, bars, and a café gift shop. It was also really nice to walk out to the beach to watch sunrises and sunsets. The resort location was close to almost everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and functional with a great view from the lanai.”

”The pools were nice and empty during the week but weekend was hard to find a chair. Room had ocean view, stayed cool, No microwave in room, hotel is just a little rundown and in need of updates. We didn’t eat at restaurants on property due to high prices and bad reviews. Bars had good lava flows. More of a family atmosphere.”

”The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. This is a room at a resort with two queen beds just as described, although I felt it was roomier than I expected. The check in was easy with someone at the front desk 24/7, a concierge to help plan outings, a restaurant, several pools (water not heater, but this didn’t bother the kids) and a beach to see sunrises/sunsets from. The lanai faces a greenbelt so there is privacy and the location is such that you can see the water....
