”We loved everything about the room except for tiny little ants in the kitchen area but honestly that is not unusual in Hawaii. The Orchid Room (Room 6) was stunning. The bathroom and koi pond were really well done. Loved using the jacuzzi tub as the Kona rain storm started ramping up. We lost power a few times and had to pack up by flashlight in the morning but totally understand as it was a very strong storm -- strong enough to close the national park later that day. Would have loved to have...

”This property was wonderful. It was high above the town with great views of the town and ocean. It had a distinctive modern architectural style and an authentic comfortable feel. Our room was clean and well stocked. It was spacious and we had an outside balcony. There was also a beautiful garden and a large shared living room with a pool table. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Hawaii.”

”Beautiful place making our first visit to the island such a peaceful, relaxing stay!
I enjoyed the open windows in our room.
There was no air conditioning, but fans were provided. We visited during February and the temperatures would get down in the 60s at night.
The only time we saw other guests was during breakfast or at night during our return. My favorite memory was the coqui frogs you can hear at night and the fresh baked goods put out every morning. ”

”It is so different than any other plaze I know or been to! It's not quite hotel, hostel or motel, it's more like own room with common facilities like kitchen and toilets. Really old building but in great condition! I like it very much and I do recommend to stay here!
It was pretty easy to find with gps/map!”
