”Ein sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Cottage in traumhafter Lage mit super Meerblick. Sehr gutes großes Bett. Alles nicht mehr ganz neu, aber super schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Auf der Terrasse wohnt ein Katze. ”

”Read the fantastic instructions on how to properly get there as it's not accurate on mapping software. Meow Meow the cat was there to greet us. What a quiet little gem of a place. The dehumidifier was better than an AC as temps remained cool at night but air temps were low. Beds were comfy with soft sheets. TP was premium and very welcome after staying other places with the cheap stuff. Only stayed one night but we're planning to go back and stay here again. Beautiful views and solid coffee....

”After searching through many listings, we decided to book Kimi’s ohana. Previous reviews are spot on! It is comfortable and a good value. The landscaping and partial ocean view from back deck enhanced our stay even more.Efficient a/c unit maintains your comfort. Kitchen is well supplied with quality dish and cookware. Also a gas grill to bbq that wonderful island beef!We enjoyed visiting with Kimi, and meeting her rescue cat Harley! Kimi is always available, but respects her guests privacy...

”Pleasant accommodations on the quiet East end. Convenient to metropolitan Hana, the black sand beach state park and a visit to the final resting spot of Col. Charles Lindbergh ”

”We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The setting is amazing, with two of the best hosts around! No details were ever overlooked, from the assortment of snacks to the already prepped coffee. Room was beautiful! We enjoyed getting some recommendations and volcano updates. My only complaint was that we had to leave. We will be back for sure!”

”Room was clean. Appreciated the availability of the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that were in the room, definitely a plus! We were there for 5 nights with only two towels per person. Ended up buying beach towels and using the supplied beach towels to shower with. You also do not have access to the resort pool towels. This unit is quite a hike from the parking so be prepared to walk a lot. Not a big deal for us but for some it might be a problem. Not really a swimmable beach at the resort....

”The resort is well keep with good restaurants on the property . Room location is good wit nice view of plantation and ocean view . Enjoyed view of sunrise. Beach is few steps away to beach. One major negative is does not have basic amenities of mircowave / kitchenette in room. Towel service is at extra cost. ”

”Aloha Lodge was the perfect location for our trip to Volcano National Park. Short distance to park and not far from Hilo and Pahoa. Extremely clean and comfortable. After a long day of exploring it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. Would stay there again if in the area. ”
