”Little bit Tiny rooms but it wasn't that Bad. Clean rooms and good service.”

”Nice and clean hotel with good service on the reception. Room was good size and connections worked well. The security guy in the lobby for some reason gave me the bad eye all the time and picked me out of the reception line to inquire if I needed some help from him. That was weird and unwanted and anyone could see he had some suspicions concerning me. ”

”The hotel is new and lovely. The people working there are amazing! The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable bed and good public transport connections. The only slight negative I would say is that we could hear people walking past our room and talking which is not the best if other quests are not considerate of sleep etc.”

”Lomamatka perheen kesken. Hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla, jos liikkuu julkisilla. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja palvelu hyvää. Aamupala oli hyvä. Ostosmahdollisuuksia arvostavalle ehkä hiukan syrjäinen sijainti, mutta julkisilla kulkien, kaikki on aika lähellä. Olimme hotellilla pari tuntia etuajassa, tarkoituksenamme oli jättää laukut hotellille,mutta saimmekin huoneen heti. Myös late checkout onnistui helposti.”

”We came at noon. Unfortunately hotel manager have forgotten to introduce the trainee working at the hotel reception. He spoke so quietly that it was hard to understand what she was saying and she had forgotten how to smile. This was not very welcoming. When we came to pick up our key later, the regular hotel staff were very helpful and we felt welcome. A nice surprise was the wine service in the lobby. ”We had a very lovely stay at this hotel. Room was tidy and is cleaned everyday if you want. Staff was friendly and approachable. We didn't have any problems at the hotel. Didn't use the restaurant. It is quite in the middle of the city, close to Great Portland Street underground station but not far if you want to walk around to british museum or Regent's park. ”Service, friendliness of the staff, and of course the location were excellent! 5/5 rating for the staff. However, I received a wheelchair friendly / accessible room for some reason so everything in the bathroom (sink, mirror etc.) were placed very very low. The room was surprisingly a bit worn out, despite the hotel is relatively new with a higher price point.”
