”It was a really good trip to the yha in Swanage as it was really clean and the bed was comfy and the bedding was cosy and comfortable and the price was very reasonable I didn’t use the lounge or bar so can’t comment about those things or the kitchen overall it was a good experience ”

”The hostel is very close (a few minutes on foot) to the beach and to the town centre (important: for the town centre go the opposite way from the way to the beach:) You will get there in a few minutes on foot rather than half an hour or so going in a long circle - as I did with my kids! - the other way). The rooms are very secure with their own individual code to press on a panel. The owners are friendly and discreet and they leave you alone. The rooms are clean and comfortable, if a bit basic...

”Home from home with fantastic grounds lots to do for all ages. Swimming pool was amazing the whole family spent hours outside and the teenagers weren't on their phones. We will be back next year hopefully”

Poor lighting in the seating area- had to use torches to read by and bathroom could do with a shaving mirror Unlikely to return as poor approach road bad for car suspension and old bones”

”Location was perfect, easy to get everywhere. And we loved our small kitchen, it was handy and there was everything you could imagine to need. Althaugh the room could have been cleaner. There was a bit dust and crumbs everywhere, as if the room had not been vacuumed at all. Also air conditioning was surprisingly noisy, the whole room was resonating, so it didn't help to switch it off. But overall it was a ok stay in a good price.”
