”Friendly and helpful receptionist. Very professional approach by not shouting out the room number but just giving the key cards - excellent. Dinner was also excellent with good service. Room very comfortable. Not much of a view but no complaints.”

"Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not exceptionel."
