The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. ”Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing. When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. "Veryy nice hotel. You check in in the middle of English countryside, and the staff is like in a 5-star hotel in New York or Singapore. The building is like you can expect in England, a bit worn down, with the stairs making a sound when you’re going up. The you get to the room. Room is a standard, high end / old English hotel room. Then you go to the bathroom. That’s again the 5-star hotel in Singapore! If you are planning to stay in Southampton, but are willing to go with the 20-30 minute drive, ther definitely choose this hotel. Very nice experience. On top of everything else, there is a Ferrari dealership just a couple of minutes of walking away, so If you have the budget, you’ll definitely get a aouvetthat you won’t get from anywhere else…"
