However, impressed by the way that this was resolved within a couple of hours as it required an emergency call out for a plumber in a bank holiday weekend.”

”The house was nice and clean with lovely clean cotton bedding and towels, and lots of small touches left like toiletpaper and handwash. There was also a hot tub which was vreat. The hosts were very helpful and also left a folder with instructions on how to use items in the house and the Wifi code. We were staying with 7 adults, 2 children and a dog. We all had a nice bedroom ( 5) and had a great time. We would certainly book it again. It was fabulous. Thank you very much! ”

"Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not exceptionel."
