The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"Great New Check in, via computers, staff on hand to help. Well decorated throughout Delicious breakfast, although more GF options would be great Great room (very random see through optional bathroom doors though) not sure who would want that!!?? Nice, quiet room though, great black out blind in bathroom ..."

"The checking in was efficient, friendly and quick. The room was spacious snd clean and the bed was comfortable. No fridge or coffee machine but it is 3* and they had irons and hairdryers that you can ask for. Great value and very central"
