”We were awakened in the middle of the night by someone trying to get into our room. I contacted the front desk who blew me off saying to go back to sleep, clearly guest going to wrong room. This is understandable but what happened next wasn’t. A few minutes later the room phone rang, the front desk demanded to know why we were still occupying the room after having checked out (which we hadn’t). I explained that we were still here on the second night of a two night stay but the clerk said that...

”I really wonder if all these reviews are paid. This was by far the dingiest courtyard place we’ve stayed at. When I booked it said Breakfast was offered but they charged $18 for a buffet that I wouldn’t have eaten even if it were free. Overall, it was a very strange experience.”

”The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Although the hotel is older, it has been updated nicely and feels well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The coffee was disappointing - perhaps it wasn’t fresh - but that was a minor issue. Overall, I had a decent experience. I was only staying for one night before an early morning drive, so it was simply a quick stop for a good night’s sleep.”

”Spacious & comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly & accommodating. Free shuttle to airport was great!”

”The beds and pillows were comfortable, but unfortunately, there was too much light getting in through the window. In Alaska the should curtains should be the blackout type with the amount of daylight they have.”

”The only reason to stay here is the convenience of location and shuttles to/from the airport and the train station. The staff is polite enough (and the shuttle drivers friendly and helpful), but the amenities are definitely sub par, especially the worn carpeting in the public areas (some creating a potential tripping hazard) and the poor condition of the 2nd floor laundry (pooling water on the floor which was not attended to.)”

”We booked a studio with kitchen. Checked in at night. Next morning, we found the kitchen sink was leaking. We called front desk immediately, and also told cleaning staff about the issue. But until we left, nobody come to fix it. Front desk staff excused that their repair person was not available.”

”Very affordable and comfortable. Could hear through the walls pretty easy though. Cars passing outside and people in other rooms/in hallways. But overall very ideal stay for the price.”
