”Great location. 3 mins from a great beach and near 2 places within walking distance to eat in the evening. A great room with everything you need for a few days away. Staff at the hotel were really accomodating washed and dried our towels and tshirts as we had been on the beach. Beach wraps available to use and a parking permit for the beach so it was free to park. Breakfast was huge and could be afapted as you liked it. ”We had a lovely waterfront room on the third floor. View was great with floor to ceiling window. Bathroom was tiny but light and modern. Room was clean and comfortable. Not the best pillows. Hotel interior was lovely and spacious, clean and nicely decorated corridors to the rooms. There is a lift.”

”Top marks. Good car parking and virtually no steps,all on one level,including the walk in shower. Clean and tidy, nothing tired or worn. Hosts are very welcoming and accomodating. Good choice of breakfasts and a pleasant lounge to enjoy rather than staying in the room. We will no doubt return. We do not have a dog anyway but dogs are not accepted here. ”

”I have stayed at The Mariner's many, many times particularly over the past 3 years and i thoroughly enjoy my visits. The staff are exceptionally friendly & welcoming. Skinner is a great place for bird watching. The number of daily visitors is limited to protect the environment, so it's not always possible to get there. On Monday late June we recorded 36 species.
