”Great location. 3 mins from a great beach and near 2 places within walking distance to eat in the evening. A great room with everything you need for a few days away. Staff at the hotel were really accomodating washed and dried our towels and tshirts as we had been on the beach. Beach wraps available to use and a parking permit for the beach so it was free to park. Breakfast was huge and could be afapted as you liked it. ”It was a surprise trip for hubby. As we pulled up to the gates, he let out a huge WOW, I did too.
The lady that greeted us and showed us around was lovely.
Our room, the Nest, was beautiful as was the rest of the castle.
We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast and met other members of staff, they were lovely.
It was like being in a fairy tale.

Shared bathroom and kitchen, which was expected based on price and photos, but not clear in details and another guest hadn’t assumed this and caused a big scene on check in. Wasn’t dirty, but could have been cleaner. Beds were comfy, but sheets smelt damp. Air con didn’t work in our room or another room that was empty. Free parking. Walking distance of the town centre which has takeaways. Kinda average stage. But cheapest around”
