”The property seemed to be undergoing some renovations, which didn't feel like they were actively being worked at. Almost felt like time was standing still. Hallways smelled like filler materials, but the room itself was small and cosy. Unfortunately there was no hot water coming from the shower nor from the tap in the bathroom. TV did turn on, but the picture was glitching due to some cable/antenna interference or damage. Otherwise nothing more to complain about. Not too bad for the cheap price...

”We enjoyed our stay at the Conon Hotel immensely. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well provisioned with snacks and tea. The bathroom was modern and chic; it also held a huge bathtub and shower, both of which offered a sense of luxury and comfort. ”Tämä oli ensimmäinen b & b kokemus minulle. Angela ja James olivat mukavia, ja palvelun persoonallisuus oli hieman hämmentävää aluksi, kun on tottunut hotellien tyyliin. Aamiaselle tuloaika piti tietää tarkalleen, mikä vähän kiusasi lomalla ollessa, mutta tietysti se on ymmärrettävää tällaisessa majoituksessa. Aamiainen oli ookoo, etenkin jos on brittiaamiaisen ystävä. Wifi oli hidas ja takkuileva. Majoitustilat olivat siistejä ja ympäristö melko rauhallinen.”

”Scourie Lodge is pleasant, clean, well-appointed and has great amenities like both a large tub and a separate shower in our room. It is run by a lovely young couple and pleasant staff. I would definitely come back!”

”A beautiful place to stay while visiting the Loch Ness area. Quiet area and safe parking on grounds. Not suprised visitors book showed people from all over Europe - its a gem. Absolutely spotless and the hosts cannot do enough for you. If you intend to visit Loch Ness or Skye,this place is central for your day trips. A fantastic breakfast sets you up for the day. 5*”

”This was my favorite place to stay for the duration of my travels. I wanted a cozy, classic bed and breakfast experience, and this fulfilled all criteria. You are shown up to a room with nice decor and clean, updated bathrooms. Tea station in the rooms as well. The best part was the breakfast - the hosts cooked up an authentic Scottish breakfast made-to-order, and you are seated in a quaint parlor eating breakfast and looking out the window. The hosts are born and raised and happy to answer...
