”Hello, We stayed at the Amarillo, Texas property on May 22-23, 2026. The front desk representative I believe her name was Vivian....was the sweetest person I have ever met. She was so helpful with every question we had and was very personable and just a delight to speak too. She should be commended for how she treats each customer that enters your doors as she does with the best personality and guidance, just a sweet sweet soul. Give her a raise :) Thank you Chastidy, Randy and Kinsler Braucht”

”By far...the BEST...COFFEE!! I have never been to a better hotel coffee station where the beans are ground for each cup...Amazingly they have TWO!! Breakfast was otherwise better than similar Holiday Inn Express Hotels. Great place!! The room was great and the whole establishment is very well maintained.”

”I love how clean everything was. I appreciated the refrigerator, sink, cooktop and dishwasher that was in the room. We were able to have dinner in our room, eat on the couch and watch TV. That was really nice after the long driving days we had. Only thing I didn’t like was the barn door on the bathroom, felt a little less private. Only 2 bath towels, no extras and small pillows on the bed. But little dislikes for much more likes!”
