”The room was very nice and clean. But when you go in to the lobby it looks messy and unorganized so it makes you think the room is going to be messy too. The just have too much decorations at the lobby and no longer looks fancy and organized. ”

”The property was cleaned, but the elevators did not work correctly so they had one elevator working for eight floors and a lot of people so the weights were very very long. The pool was not working and they did not mention that until after we booked in and that was our main reason for staying there so we are very disappointed in the hot tub was out of order, and again this was not mentioned till after the fact ”

”Rooms are great, but paying extra to park at your hotel is the ugliest thing a company can do. I won’t reserve rooms for our crews ever again at a Marriott property. ”

”Cleaning is not done at all if not separately requested each time. The house is so old and noisy that when I walked to the toilet in the evening, they called us that the room below had complained about the sound of my footsteps. This was at 12 pm, so apparently you cannot go to the toilet if you wish not to annoy other guests in the evening or during the night.”
