”The room was very nice. Location was fantastic. Gloria at the check in desk was so kind and helpful and her husband was the terrific shuttle driver that got us to the airport bright and early! They are both great people! Would 10/10 stay there again.”

”The property was well maintained close to the airport. I booked this room because it said it had room for 5 but it was just two queens and no cot was available so my son ended up sleeping On the floor. No coffee just water in the am. Parking is 20$ a night. Don’t think I would book here again.”

”The staff was very accommodating to needs while on property. Breakfast was above average for a buffet and with many different nationalities on site. Bathroom was clean and to have the amenities needed while using the shower were extremely appreciated.”

”Room had so many bugs that we killed. Front desk room over an hour to bring extra towels and I had to call twice. Would never stay here again.”

”The reason I booked this hotel was because of the pool, hot tub and the bathtub in the room. The hot tub was not functioning and had caution tape around it. The pool was murky and I would not put my feet in the water. The bathtub had no plug and could not be used either. Expensive stay for NO amenities. I will not return.”

”Cleaning is not done at all if not separately requested each time. The house is so old and noisy that when I walked to the toilet in the evening, they called us that the room below had complained about the sound of my footsteps. This was at 12 pm, so apparently you cannot go to the toilet if you wish not to annoy other guests in the evening or during the night.”

”No restroom in lobby for guests. No fan in bathroom No tissues in room No iron or board in room No ice machine in hotel No safe in room. From traveling all over the country , I thought these items were in every hotel in America. It was quiet and felt safe here. Very clean”

”Stayed for one night after arriving at SeaTac before heading up North to Canada. Pros: The hotel is located right next to the airport and is easy to access. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Cons: Noisy rooms with lousy aircon.”

”Made a prepaid reservation at 11am through Expedia and went to check in 7 hours later at 6p the hotel system did not have it even though I had a confirm. Staff was not helpful and borderline Rude. Expedia relocated me after an hour of trying to get the staff to add my reservation manually.”
