”Their pool had VERY limited hours. Like 4 to 9 PM on one day and 8 AM to noon on Sunday. We choose our hotels based on indoor pools because exercising is imperative for our old bones, especially because we're sitting while driving for hours. They did have it on their website but we didnt see it. We would have chosen another hotel. There were very few seats at the pool. In one sat who I assumed to be their worker. (I believe they have a pool sitter & that is why limited hours) There was a parent...

”Overall nice and cozy place. Very good beds and I loved they had real duvet covers. Also I appreciated the water fountain. I think that paper plates and plastic utensils were out of place. Anyhow the breakfast quality was good. The staff was ok, but definitely not friendly. Never said good morning etc. So I didn’t feel welcomed to this hotel. (We spent 3 nights.) Backyard view to the hill was stunning! ”

”Great physical structure. Expansive, sweeping architecture. Check-in staff ( Karen) professional, helpful, inviting. But, some comments and questions: Where was a free breakfast such as those offered by your competitors? The lobby has a snack bar of junk food and drinks but it’s closed most of the time. Nice fireplace, plenty of wood…never saw a fire in the fireplace. Spartan. Looks good…it’s just decoration. What was the restaurant? It wasn’t. It was empty of patrons and food. There...

”We travel a lot all over the world. This was by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The online rating is absolutely not true. Hotel is filthy. Carpet is unsanitary throughout. Rooms and breakfast area are dirty. Staff can’t be found. Towels are old and stained. This place needs a total overhaul! We booked 3 nights and were disgusted the whole time. Stay away! And I don’t say that lightly!!!!”

”My daughter and I stayed just one night. We did have the complimentary breakfast, which was good. The staff there were helpful and friendly. We did not take advantage of fitness room. Our room was clean and comfortable. What kept me from giving this 5 stars was checking in. I checked in early via the text I was sent to “ save time” when we arrived at the hotel. However, at the reception desk, it took even longer than online. I do not feel I saved anytime. During this transaction , the...

Crowne Plaza Boston - Woburn by IHG

8/10 Hyvä

"The room was clean but a little dated. The staff were super nice and helpful after some hassle when checking in. The breakfast isn’t worth it, better options around. The ication is perfect and the parking lot is very spacious."
