”Check in was fine, receptionist was friendly. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Both rooms smelled very bad and the carpeting was soaking wet. We left our luggage in the rooms and went out to visit family in the area and when we returned, the one way road to the the hotel was closed for overnight construction work. There was no way to get back to hotel. I called hotel to get instructions on a back way to get to hotel, which involved cutting through parking lots and driving wrong way on a one- way...

”Pictures are deceiving, while the hotel looks new from the outside looks can be deceiving. Our room had some mysterious substance on the ceiling and walls that looked like blood. The curtains had holes all over, hotel had an extremely strong smell of mothballs. There was hair in the shower, if we could have just left we would’ve taken the loss and gone somewhere else.”

The breakfast buffet that they charged $15 for was the same as you get a hotels that offer free full breakfast. The french toast almot broke a tooth is was so hard.
Not up to Holiday Inn standards and certainly not worth $215 a night!!!”

”The room was clean, but the fan was incredibly noisy. Much louder than your standard hotel room. We asked to be moved and they kindly accommodated this, but the next room had a fan that hardly blew.
