”The place is not safe because the staff is not there and cannot even be reached by phone 24/7. In addition, they take customers in the evening without seeing them. In the evening and at night, they were rioting, breaking the ball equipment and knocking over our rental car. Either the surveillance cameras are not in use or the manager is not interested in finding out about things. Pity for the place. Never going there again if the same manager. ”

”The room was nasty I never took my flip flops off even in the nasty cigarette burned bathtub . The floors were really dirty too . Never back there yechhhh . The employees at desk were really nice and gave me extra towels . ”

”The staff were so friendly! The check in was easy and the property was in a good location. I booked this based off of reviews that the rooms were clean and unfortunately we didn't get a clean one. I was tired after driving all day so we just dealt with it but wish my experience matched the other recent reviews. For $200, would have liked towels without hair and a clean shower. There was also random furniture in walkways. ”

”The property is fairly new so it’s very clean and everything works. The hotel was sold out so the staff was very busy and apparently they don’t have enough towels when they are sold out. Our room was cleaned on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay and there weren’t any towels when we returned that evening. We called down and they said we were on the list. ”I would like to shout out the photographer of this property. They need a raise! The place was very run down. It's in a rough area, neighborhoods didn't feel inviting. We could hear traffic from our room, and the train went by several times. The room was described as "able to sleep 4." Well, that was simply impossible. There was 1 king size bed. No couch. No futon.
