”Everything was clean and cozy. Staff was excellent! Hotel was beautiful.”

”We had travelled about 190 miles for a wedding, arriving about 12:30 and looking for suitable facilities to change in, only to be offered the use of the disabled toilet. Far from ideal, but we managed. The room like the hotel looked dated, with only 1 packet of biscuits for the 2 of us, only bathroom amenities was a small round of hand soap, a pump dispenser of soap and shampoo over the bath, and the shower wasn't up to much either. The location and views were really nice. ”

”Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel! I highly recommend it if you are visiting bath, it is right in the center of everywhere you need to be. And also it is right next door to the thermal bath spa. My only complaint is when we booked it it said we had use of the amenities of the hydrotherapy within the hotel. Getting close to our booking date we received information about it letting us know when we were allowed to attend. We were restricted from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to...

”Clean rooms and bathrooms, decent breakfast and coffee, helpful staff. Overall if you stay without car it's a good hotel for the price. Lower rating due to CRAZY HIGH parking fees! £52 for 24h! Luckily we still got a old price as we booked before the hike. ”

”Pretty faultless even without a window! The hotel had a great feel to it. Reception had a cool vibe and one evening they had a cheese and wine evening. Very central. Clean. Long stay parking less than 10 mins away. I'd definately stay again. Bravo to the team running the place 👏👏👏”

”Stayed here over the weekend. Location is great, just a short walk from Pulteney Bridge and the centre. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the possibility to make some coffee at your own room was nice too. A bath tub would have been a bonus, but otherwise there was nothing to complain about.”
