"Not terrible. Not the cleanest but definitely not the dirtiest. Bed was fairly comfy. (Pillows are half sized, which I've never seen before.) Breakfast was actually pretty good. "We had a quick weekend getaway! This place worked great for our group. I had 2 couples and 5 teens. Everyone had their own space/beds. The game room in the garage was great, and the lake the clean to swim!"
