”Friendly greeting upon check-in by the front desk!
Enjoyed a nice stay at this well maintained property.
Hotel room was clean and nicely furnished. Bed was on the firmer side which I like and it had nice bedding and pillows. The bathroom was on the small side, but it was meticulously clean and well furnished. It had a nice large walk-in shower. I didn't get a chance to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, but it looked good. Hopefully, I'll get to enjoy it next time I stay here.”

”Some of the rooms in certain towers are a bit outdated and could use some renovations, similar to those done in other rooms. The room itself was decent, but the housekeeping could have done a better job. There were shoe prints on the bathroom floor and coffee rings on the table.
We also had a handicap-accessible bathroom, but the shower drain was clogged, causing water to backflow into the bathroom and the room entrance. Maintenance came quickly and unclogged the drain, but the floor still got...
