”Everything was perfect! We came here for Mardi Gras and let me tell you Mardi Gras is at your door step with this hotel!! I had no idea until a few days before arriving but i would book again for that reason alone. We were greeted with wonderful staff they were all very nice and attentive and welcoming. Room was perfect for my friend and i. We walked to bourbon everyday it was a 10-15 minute walk and never felt unsafe at anytime we were there. Would highly recommend!! ”

”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”

”This beautiful hotel was absolutely the best hotel we've ever been to. Will certainly wanna go back to spend another vacation there. We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. ”I Reallynenjoyed my stay..It was easy to check in I did not have any problems with using the premises. The room was clean and everything worked. The bathroom was nice and clean and they had everything available to use like shampoo, conditioner and makeup wipes. I ordered a cleaning in between my stay which was $20 and I fwlt that was reasonably priced for the bed and towels and cleaning to be done. Thank you. If I come back I will definitely stay here again. ”

The hotel has a good restaurant with good food."

"The hotel was grand and the pool area very nice. But the noice! We came from Europe and didn't know Bourbon street when booking the hotel and the hotel is on that street! It's terrible! I have never heard this loud noice of bars playing music next to each other starting in the early afternoon to 3.00 am. So if you are not joining this party, I really don't recommend any hotels i this area."
