”We checked in & checked out the same night because the bedsheets and blankets were dirty & smelled smoke in a non-smoking room with other odors. We rescheduled for a change of room, the staff told us they didn’t have availability. We asked for a new set of sheets & blankets, they said they were short of staff & that we had to wait until the next day. The odor was so bed, we couldn’t put blanket/sheets next to us and even worst we got bit multiple times to find out we saw a bed bug crawling in...

”Very clean, 3 nights with no issue. Extra towels within 10 minutes of texting for them. Stayed at the hotel which is across the street from the casino, easy to get to everything.”

”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”

”Nautimme pienestä kuntosalista ja lämmitetystä ulkoaltaasta. Yhtenä päivänä vessa ei vetänyt kunnolla ja saimme sen kanssa heti apua, eikä ongelma palannut. Palvelua siis sai kun sitä tarvitsi, mutta olimme yllättyneitä passiivisesta kommunikaatiotyylistä. Yhtenä päivänä huonettamme ei oltu siivottu, emme tiedä miksi. Muuten olimme huoneen siisteyteen tyytyväisiä. Perushyvä hotellikokemus, voisin suositella tai mennä uudestaan. Sijainti oli meille täydellinen, kun kaikki oli kävelymatkan...

We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. In the lobby, there was coffee, tea, muffins, cookie etc and if you wanted to have a special coffee (espresso, cappucino...

”Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Kylpyhuone hieman vanhanaikainen kylpyammeineen ja suihkuverhoineen, mutta siisti. Jenkkityyliin suihkussa ei ollut käsisuihkua. Käytävät olivat tyylikkäät. Aula ja alakerta erittäin tyylikkäät takkoineen ja joulukoristeineen sekä myöhemmin Mardi Gras -koristeineen. Aamupalabuffetti oli erittäin hyvä! Mansikat olivat erityisen makeita. Uima-allasosastolla (sisällä) oli lämmintä ja tunnelmallinen valaistus. Uima-allasosastolla oli uima-allas, poreallas sekä sauna....
