”We checked in on 6/5/26 upon checking into the room the bathroom reeked of urine, the towels were dirty as if they were left from the previous occupants just folded up ready to be used. Their was hair in the shower so it obviously hadn’t been touched and huge white stains on the headboard Room 118”

”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”

”Excellent stay with excellent staff. Would recommend if you want to be walkable to the French Quarter. There is an excellent place to get breakfast (reasonably priced) and a bar right across the street that works well for a meeting spot if you’re with multiple parties. Perfect location for tons of fun.”

”Our stay was okay. I expect the bare minimum to be met. Cleaning rooms daily and fresh towels but at this property it seems you have to ask for this service. Also when you ask for housecleaning you may have to let front desk know or else it may not get done. Pro Tips: Park in the garage behind the hotel for $40 overnight parking which is cheaper than valet parking.
