”The hotel itself was clean, rooms and toilet room were a good size. Would have been more convenient if the rooms had little fridges in them. Bar and lounge area and the garden were nice areas to sit in. More ice at the bar would have been nicer as well. ”

”Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

”I want my money back the stay was horrific. Children screaming running shouting and parents shouting for hrs till 1/2am all around node and outside the hotel. Had to Stay in premier inn hotel n shirley sleep has ill and shattered. should have been in dorset Woking did send emails”

”this is our 3rd time here, and we have already booked to stay in a couple weeks time, excellent staff, who are friendly and approachable, Karl on reception is fantastic! lovely pool are, and great distance to the waterfront and shopping centre.”

”Room not the cleanest, false fingernail and tissue left by the side of the bed and thick dust on the top of the oak beam. Breakfast was excellent but the table was very sticky. Bedroom front door did not close properly and let a large of cold air into the room”

”A really lovely hotel with free carparking. The room was exceptionally good and everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bar was great. The staff were particularly nice. The location was excellent for accessing the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.”

”Great room cleaned everyday. Swimming pool warm and clean the kids loved it. Mr Chin on reception very helpful and gave advice about where to visit. Would come again. Restaurant could have more food choices but what was there was delicious”
