Glass shower door hinge was half hang off wall from screws pulling out of mount. Tv remote had dead battery. Mini fridge would very cool bottle water over night , the control knob was broken off.”

”The hotel was extremely dirty. The first room they took me to was full of mold. It was so bad. It me. My daughter have an asthma attack .The manager changed my room to another room that wasn't as moldy but was still dirty. He refused to give me a refund.”

Breakfast was delicious every morning, as were the cocktails, the nightly one-bite desserts, and the mezzanine level that was stocked with snacks! I would recommend The Loutrel to anyone considering a stay in Charleston. The location and service can’t be beat!”

However, that was attributed to booking on Expedia and we were given a room with a nice view when I mentioned it was my 35th wedding anniversary. A good compromise.”

”We booked two carriage house rooms for a long weekend and it was amazing. Let's start with the location. White Point Garden is directly across the street. It is an easy walk to the Battery. About a mile to Pineapple Fountain, etc. There is plenty of street parking (permit provided on check in) so you could park and walk almost anywhere. Or catch the free Dash bus nearby.
