”Chana at the front desk was professional and very welcoming. She is a fantastic ambassador for your property! We were pleased with the comfortable beds, cleanliness and variety of amenities and restaurants offered on site. The spa and spa pool were heaven and allowed us to finally relax.
The Fairmont Privado Villas will definitely be on our return list whenever we are in Scottsdale. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay. ”
”Clean room. Friendly staff. Master/king bed was hard, and the other room's full bed was "springy"-could feel the springs. However, they were replacing all mattresses in our complex when we left the next morning. A/C in master bedroom was not working right. Fan switch on wall didn't work unless the overhead light remained on. We knew how to operate it, because we were successful with the same switch in the living room; so the master bedroom switch had something wrong with it. It was a warm night....

”I really like staying there, it fun and convenient for where we need to go for my medical appointments. We love the atmosphere and the restaurant there is very good and Anthony is very friendly and respectful towards everyone there. Food is great and more importantly the drinks there are very well made!!! ”
”The breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Cage free eggs! Miso and rice. We were impressed. The handicapped accessible room was perfect for my husband and he said he will return any time. The only down side was how loud the air conditioner was all night. I'm a light sleeper and it woke me up every time it came on. ”

”Great stay! Great service. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was older but very clean. Good price and good area. We didnt hear any airplanes until 8am and the airport is small so the noise was minimal. ”

”We stay here each year and its always a great fit for our family. The rooms are nicely kept and spacious. The kitchen is so great for easy breakfast and lunches. We use the bbq area which is very clean and well stocked with utensils. The shuttle takes us to Safeway for groceries and the nearby Kierland Comons for shopping and restaurants. We booked a cabana at the main resort which was reasonably priced and great service. Drinks and food were overpriced so a $450 bill for lunch was hard to...
