”The room was small but it was very clean and cosy with a wonderful sea view. The breakfast was great and Karen was very friendly and helpful. I'd love to stay there again!”

”Great location. short walk to beach, old town and marina area. Hosts very friendly. Excellent value for money. Robbed of the win in Four in a bed. (2018)”

”Very good value - thank you”

”Very pleasant and helpful staff Nice clean room over looking the beach Highly recommend staying here on your trip to Weymouth Thank you, we look forward to staying again 😊”

”Sarah was an excellent host. She shared her restaurant recommendations and local attractions to visit. We were served a delicious breakfast each morning. The location was perfect as it was close to the harbour, beach, shopping, and the train and bus locations. Our stay in Weymouth turned out to be our favourite during our 2 week holiday. I highly recommend the Anchorage.”

”Best hotel in Weymouth first came here 26 years ago on the way to and from Gurnsey CIs with my late wife”

”So lovely here the hotel is great all staff are so lovely will defo return next time i will ask for a bath in the bathroom as i did struggle with shower as i have disabilities but it was 2 late for me to get a room like that but thats my fault not theirs. The restaurant in there is on point had a lush steak n garlic mushrooms also crumble for pudding also was lovely and the breakfast was also fab the staff work hard in there and got to say prices at the bar are the best ever and we played bingo...

”The location of the property was great very close to sea and town. The gentleman who checked us in was cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately didn't get much sleep one of the other residents seemed to be up all night talking loudly with others. Only booked this due to short notice ... you do get what you pay for.”

”Viehättävä, kauniisti sisustettu B&B, aamiainen oli mahtava! Auton sai kätevästi pihalle (tai kadulle) parkkiin. Kävelyetäisyydellä kiva pubi, jossa kävimme syömässä. Emäntä oli superystävällinen. Huone tilava ja siisti. Wifi toimi, sängyissä nukkui hyvin.”

”Owner left me the keys for a late check in after I travelled up by train”

”Had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The location was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.”

”Very nice guest house with perfect location in Weymouth”

”Clean and very friendly and helpful owner. Good parking onsite.”

”Siisti hotelli, palvelut hyvät, auton sai pysäköityä, huoneeseen kuului jonkin verran naapurihuoneiden ääniä...”

”We were allowed in a bit early as we came by train. The owner Sue is super friendly as were her staff We were right on the beach and could leave the sash windows open for air and to hear the sea. Breakfast was hot and excellent and it’s right next to 2 restaurants with a corner shop behind. The main Sandy beach is only 10 minutes away and the shops are only 15 minutes away Perfect”

”Perfect flat which contained everything we needed for a great stay. It is in an excellent location and parking was a great bonus to us. Communication was great with clear instructions and thoughtful little extras.”
