The Lantana is an excellent establishment with delightful views over the harbour and bay. Rooms are spotless and decorated to a high standard with attention to detail. Breakfasts are cooked exactly to your choice and include buffet options. Of particular note is the selection of proper coffees, also provided in your room. Owners Sandra and John are exceptional hosts, friendly and attentive to your needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in highly recommending The Lantana.

Everything was perfect, from the amazing welcome on arrival to the beautiful room which was stocked with tea and coffee daily. The best breakfast ive had anywhere, from the fresh fruit salad to the beautiful breakfast with the best produce . Would highly recommend to anyone.

2nd stay at the Lantana and it didn’t disappoint! The hotel is well situated and convenient for most of the attractions Weymouth has to offer. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have everything you need. John and Sandra are amazing hosts who can’t do enough to ensure you have an enjoyable restful stay. We will be back!!!

Amazing stay in Weymouth, amazing B&B

The welcome we received was more than we could have expected, we were shown our room and then given a complimentary wine and beer on the terrace. The hosts were so attentive and informative during our stay and super friendly. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and was decorated and furnished to a high standard. The breakfast was amazing and we had a great view from our room. The location was brilliant. We couldn’t have asked for more for our two night stay in Weymouth.

The hosts of the property went above and beyond It's immaculately maintained in an ideal location We had a beautiful view overlooking the bay and even sitting at the back of the property on the decking we could watch the goings on in the harbour It is definitely value for money and a b&b well worth going back for another stay or two

What an amazing place!

We had an amazing time. John and Sandra are such welcoming hosts! The Lantana is spotless, in a fabulous location and they have paid such great attention to detail. Breakfast was superb! All in all, we couldn’t fault it! We’ll definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful sun terrace!

From our first contact with the owners, to the location, the quality of the B&B, breakfast, accommodation, everything was outstanding. The B&B is in a great location, close to the beach, the quayside, the shops, pavilion, everything is within easy reach to walk to. The owners Sandra and John were fantastic hosts. They went out of their way to ensure we had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay, offering us drinks on arrival, organising a permit for parking, recommending places to eat and drink and offering us flexibility for check in and breakfast. The B&B is decorated and furnished to a really high standard with small luxury touches in the room, i.e. lovely toiletries, high quality tea/coffee facilities, a fridge with complimentary water, a hair dryer, towels and beautiful bedding. Breakfast was really lovely with lots of choice including fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereal, toast, pain au chocolat, as well as a traditional full english! There is also a lovely terrace for guests to use which overlooks the quayside, a beautiful calm place to sit and eat breakfast or have a drink in the afternoon and watch the world go by! We would definitely recommend this B&B.

Hi, Just had a couple of days at The Lantana and thoroughly recommend it! The property itself is clean, well maintained, with modern decor and really convenient for the beach and harbour. Very attentive and friendly hosts, who made us feel welcome straight away and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and had everything that we need. Absolutely great full English breakfast!

Sandra and John are excellent hosts.Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent room overlooking the harbour.Sandra is a great cook with breakfasts ranged from a full English cooked to your own preferences to a bowl of fruit freshly made. Loved eating breakfast on the sun deck watching all the events going on in the harbour. So impressed we have already booked for next year.

Our stay at Lantana Bed and Breakfast was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and catered to all our needs with exceptional warmth and professionalism. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a fantastic full English breakfast and other options available to suit everyone. What truly sets Lantana Bed and Breakfast apart is the dedication of the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were always available to offer recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Thanks to their insightful suggestions, we enjoyed some fantastic meals and explored the hidden gems of the area. If I could rate Lantana Bed and Breakfast higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would. It was a perfect experience, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a base to explore the region, this is the place to stay. We can't wait to return!

We were greeted with a friendly welcome. The hosts, John and Sandra were both there to introduce themselves and offer a lovely glass of cold beer and wine. Check in was easy and informal. Although not seeing the other rooms within the property, we were delighted with our room (room 5) and felt this was the best they had. It offered views across the beach and bay just yards from the front door. The room was spacious clean and offered a spectacular view. It was nicely decorated and had a small fridge for use. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order, and served on the sun terrace. Blessed with good weather, it was good to be able to sit and watch the world go by. I had a days fishing booked for the first day and was offered a packed breakfast. This was delivered to our room whilst out for an afternoon walk around the area, thank you, Sandra. We felt completely rested and very welcomed and at home. Would we return, yes, there was nothing to dislike or put you off this lovely property.

Room was ready on arrival along with complimentary drink and bags taken up. Sat on the sun terrace out the back overlooking the harbour and so peaceful. Rooms lovely clean and comfortable. John and Sandra so friendly and nothing too much trouble. Knowledgable about the local area, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was great and a good menu choice. Will definitely be returning.
