"Toilet had ring around inside; toilet seat kept slipping to the side (reported, not fixed); light bulb just inside the door, over coffee machine was burnt out. (Reported and replaced) Young desk staff was very good, other staff was less than people oriented. Did not smile, not welcoming."

"The bedroom/beds were good, the bathrooms off the bedroom was small and awkward to close the door, with the sink being outside the small bathroom. The lobby area was a good group meeting place. The hotel location was nice, quiet."
