”Though it is obvious that money is tight and some maintenance and ambiance needs have been put on hold, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. It was a much lower price than other places to stay, and I enjoyed my time there.”

”This hotel really needs a serious updating. Carpets are dirty. Being the only hotel in Kilmarnock they need to do better. The name was changed but the inside is still the same (Best Western}. Breakfast was ok. Gym area no wipes to clean equipments, no towels. Because you have so few choices people will continue to stay here.”

”House is as advertised. Fireplace was not functioning. Property manager entered the wrong code for our entry. I feel like the cleaning fee is a bit high. Setting is gorgeous! Fire pit needs clean out and the grill needs cleaning/refurbishingz”
