”This hotel is more than a hotel, it’s a home away from home. The staff have made it as cosy and welcoming as they possibly can. You can sit by the fire with a glass of wine, chatting to other guests, looking out on to Loch Ness and then retire to beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean bedrooms. It’s peaceful, charming & luxurious. ”

”What did we like? Here goes..warm welcome, clear information on breakfast and room details. Although this looks like an old hotel it I assume it has had a lot of money spent on upgrades to retain "Ye Olde" feel to it. Room was not massive but very well decorated with lovely solid sleigh bed. En-suite was very up to date with nice shower and endless hot water. Tiled floor but underfloor heating so not getting back in to bed with ice cold feet after a 3am loo trip. Sockets at bed side tables...

”Warm recommendation! The room was modern and very clean - it even smelled like chlorite in the bathroom, which to me gave a clean appearance. The location is great. The breakfast selection was basic, varying from continental to English breakfast, but it was alright. Gluten free breakfast was available. Cute hotel!”

”This was the most expensive hotel on our entire trip. Although the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and decent and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, it was very overpriced. There is also a paid parking lot nearby. Be aware that although free overnight, they will ticket after 8am. ”
