”Needed an easy in and out overnighter for a paddling trip on the Tuckasegee River. This was perfect and convenient to so many places. The host was very responsive to any questions and made sure the cabin was cool and comfortable upon arrival. Very clean, well maintained and a well equipped kitchen.”

”This cabin is fantastic! It’s private and so peaceful. It has a wonderful front porch that overlooks the sloping front yard. The hot tub was terrific! The house was beautifully decorated and had all the amenitites we needed. Convenient to downtown Cherokee and Bryson City. We will definitely be back!”

”Perfect sums up our stay. Home itself was adorable, kept telling my husband, “I could live here”. Well equipped and beautifully decorated. Peaceful setting. ”Cabin is contemporary, safe, and has a fantastic view. Internet is minimal but the owner made that clear in the listing. Verizon gets great reception (T-Mobile not so much) there so maybe get a hotspot if necessary (unlimited for $50/mo). The only risk seems to be the road if there is inclement weather. We were able to navigate it fine because we were careful (and it was dry) but there is a trench in the road (diagonally across) that could certainly cause problems. The rest of the road has...

”Very well equipped, beautiful cabin in a nice location. There’s lots to do around the area and my family and I had a great time. The property is very clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable, there are 2 rooms with a bed each. My daughters didn’t want to share the beds so we brought an inflatable mattress and everyone was comfortable. ”
