”The location next to Mayo Clinic Phoenix was very helpful. They also provided a shuttle to the clinic buildings so you didn’t have to walk in the heat or take your car. Close to shops and restaurants was also helpful.”

”We had an extra large King room and it was so nice to have the space to move around. Having an actual table and comfortable chairs to sit and use as a work station was awesome. ”Very clean and they did let me check in 2 hours early. However, I paid extra for the king bed, Mountain View balcony room and instead looked at rooftops and the loud pool. If you turned your body to the left, you could see the mountains. When I called them to let them know there was a mistake, I was told this room counted and since I booked through a third party- Expedia- I would have to pay more if I wanted an upgrade. ”Great staff, very helpful, great customer service. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The hotel offers pop corn 🍿 in the evenings, they have like a happy hour with free drinks and finger food. They also offer breakfast with many options. All the food was delicious and the staff was great. I traveled with family and we loved it.”

”The rooms were clean but we were just at the Scottsdale Stay Bridge and it was much nicer facility, felt cleaner and did not smell bad. Compared to this one Phoenix I would not stay at again. Breakfast was not cooked as well as the Scottsdale location. The staff seemed like they were rushed and not helpful at the Phoenix location.”

”Third stay here and it was excellent as always. The Paradise Valley location next to Camelback Mountain is ideal. Ten minutes to Scottsdale, fifteen to Sky Harbor. The rooms are large and comfortable. The restaurant and café food is fantastic and can be ordered at one of two pools; family and adults-only. Gym has free weights, machines, treadmills and peletons. We will definitely be back again. 5 stars.”
