”The night I checked in, there was a man who was trying to help with my reservation. They had to give me a room upscale from what I had. He was so kind so welcoming, and the residence in Marriott did a fantastic job of hiring that gentleman. When I woke up a new gentleman was there and every bit of kind. I don’t care about much more else than The room was excellent and clean. But the employees are off the chart.”

”Our first problem was the toliet was plugged. Reported it and was told someone would come and fix it and never came to the room. Reported it a second time and was given a plunger and used that the rest of our stay. Second issue was no cord on the telephone so we reported that to the front desk and a cord was installed.
