”Your Continental breakfast needs to improve it could have been better”

”Staff was great. Everything had been beautifully updated. Definitely will stay again.”

”Our family stayed five nights in two queen sixed beds rooms. Rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping came everyday. Our rooms were next to the nearby highway and the traffic noises were quite loud. Breakfast was better than in other hotels we stayed: pancakes, boiled eggs, breakfast muffins, yoghurt, cerials, bagels, fruit... Only minus was hotel wifi which did not really worked anywhere. Everything went well: staff was friendly and they responded quickly when needed. Our bathroom faucet...

”Like the spacious room and bathroom...beds were very comfortable..quiet..slept very well! Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful! Great stay with a lake view.”

”The room was clean. The gentleman at the front desk who checked me in was absolutely wonderful. Ordered dinner in from a local restaurant that makes incredible jerk chicken. I happened upon this during my travel across the country. What a great place to stay. Thank you so much for all the hospitality!”

”Helpful staff and clean facility. Don’t plan on sleeping! Very loud neighbors, partying, music, arguments, multiple people in and out of the room, until 4 AM. No security, or staff, walking the hallways. They are only in the casino.”

”The hotel was better than okay but hardly the 9.4 Wonderful Rating it got. Not even close. I am writing this review because I feel like I was conned. Nothing wrong with this hotel, other than the flimsy bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close fully, but, despite this gripe, and the water pressure was minimal, the staff was very nice and the room was both comfortable and clean. I'd give my experience a Very Good but no more.”

”I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was so disgusting that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. From the moment we walked through the front doors, I was horrified. The carpet in the lobby and hallways was absolutely filthy. I have never seen hotel carpet in such poor condition. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and made an awful first impression. ”I think the advertisement was misleading because they didn’t state that it’s under construction. The hallways smelled of marijuana and the beds are extremely hard. The refrigerator in my room was very dirty.”

”It just was not clean at all … the staff was really nice and sweet but the hotel itself was not in good shape. Shower water barely got hot and the knob was falling off .”

”We appreciated the electric charger on site. It came in handy while we stayed at the hotel. Would have loved to have a microwave in the room. The breakfast was average. There was a gulf simulator to rent out but we did not use it. The hotel is away from the major bustle of the area. There was a train than came through during our stay. It was during the day so it did not effect our sleep.”

I tried to flush it and the toilet didn’t seem to want to flush I tried3 times and it finally went down and the phone in the room had some sort of grease all over it and was never cleaned.
