”There was no water in the pool.
There was a $11.00 charge for breakfast oer person. We didn't eat there that morning. Free coffee was offered so I had one cup before I checked out.
There was no.cable offered on the in room tvs... you needed to use apps with your sign information. I will not do that.”

”Our room was given to someone else upon arrival. The staff stated our card had declined when in fact, it was a security check from our bank that we did clear, and should have been charged following clearance. We basically arrived and didn’t have a room anymore. I would assume this is fairly common that banks would require customers to verify a transaction in a different city, but instead of reaching out to us, the hotel gave our room to someone else and we were left having to book a different...
