âEvery employee that we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautiful and created a magical, holiday vibe. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and plentiful. We loved every minute of our stay. â

Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...â
