The room was clean and fresh. The staff was extremely nice. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. We had a horrible experience somewhere else, but she was very helpful and understanding.

This property is in need of a major upgrade. Everything is worn and dated. No blow dryer. The kitchen floor was grimy and dirty.
