”Staff was rude, no Good Morning, No good evening and if you try to rent some of those kayaks or pedal boats, it is nearly impossible. Location and nature is good, but otherwise hotel needs some renovations and new furniture.”

”Two night stay . Advertised paddle boards and kayaks but although front desk employee was nice she didn’t get up or go out of her way to offer much additional info on anything. Never saw the kayaks or paddle boards and wasn’t an actual beach right there so no clue where you go to do that. Heard another customer say they were told one kayak was broke? Also had to put key in the wall to power certain thinks which is fine and we figured it out but would’ve taken less time if she explained that....

”⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful stay at Coconut Cove Resort! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, the perfect way to start the day. The best part was the beautiful ocean view—waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!”

”A clean hotel with free parking. We chose the place because the reception was supposed to be open until 8 pm and open 7:30 am which was important for our travel plans. They had closed the reception way before 8 pm and sent me an email at 7 pm saying that the key was left for us in a locker with a code and that they’d be open again at 7:30. They weren’t so we had to chance our travel plans…. ”

”Mon séjour a été très agréable. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et bien équipée, ce qui a rendu le séjour très confortable. Le personnel était accueillant et attentif, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins avec le sourire. La vue sur l’océan depuis la chambre était tout simplement magnifique, un vrai plaisir chaque matin. J’ai également profité du spa, qui offre une atmosphère relaxante et des soins de qualité. Une expérience reposante et dépaysante que je recommande vivement.”
