We were given smelt damp and had to be moved to a better room but still then extremely basic and cleaning standard not great. Not helped also by the fact they only offer housekeeping every 3 days.
Hotel with huge potential but not being looked after and requires urgent attention would not recommend anyone to stay there”

”Thank you to Sabrina the duty manager for responding to the issues we experienced positively and for taking ownership of them. She was a credit to the hotel, worked hard and clearly cared about the guest experience. Sabrina was also thoughtful as she knows the other issues we experienced (nothing to do with the hotel) following a recent visit to Mexico.

”Check in very slow and after travelling 3 hours with elderly disabled parents, our room was not ready, which is understandable. But the only offer to get changed for a wedding was in the changing rooms a flight of stairs down or the toilets! The girl on reception was adamant there wasn’t any other option available and was very unconcerned of the needs for my disabled mother.
