”Bugs in the carpet. Disorganized”

”I contacted the hotel prior to my stay to request a microwave, but upon arrival I was told the hotel doesn’t have microwaves at all. This was inconvenient since I brought food with me that I couldn’t use. I also confirmed ahead of time that my room would have a shower, but it actually had a bathtub instead. During my stay, I found a cockroach in my room. I reported it to the front desk, and they were willing to move me, which I appreciated. There are very few accurate guest photos online, so...

”Parking was easy and free. The lobby is clean and beautiful as well as the rooms. The staff was super nice. I will definitely be going back!”

”The property was clean, amenities were good! There was an issue with my reservation being cancelled and credit card issues having to be disputed! Unfortunately, a crew of younger guest checked in and made the stay very uncomfortable! They were up all night being noisy and even created some damage to the property. ”The front desk guy that’s there all the time is such a great person he made sure our check in and out went perfectly smooth and he was very polite the entire week we were there! He didn’t let us being sheriffs on vacation be known and I appreciate that! I been to hotels before and it was nothing like this one it was clean peaceful and relaxing! Thanks guys!!”

”Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast area was clean and the food was good. The pool is very small and my kids love to swim, but the pool got really crowded. They only had 2 luggage carts which was really inconvenient. We were in town for a dance competition and had a lot of luggage to carry out. Parking was easy. ”

”My family and I checked in around 6pm and left around 8:45pm. There were stains on the covers, carpet, and chairs; furniture was not cleaned (I.e., the eating table); a chair was broken; and there were a swarm of ants after dropping a fry on the carpet. We thought we could stay until check out the next day, but decided to leave. The staff were friendly and accommodating. ”

”This is the second year that I have held my son’s birthday at this location. Each year the boys have had a ball. They are able to setup their games system in the room, swim, and eat and celebrate in the lobby area. The rooms are clean and the staff were amazing. I appreciate this location. ”

”Overall I’d give this property a 3-4/5. The bedding was very comfortable (probably the best we have had), the water pressure and temperature of the shower was great, and the heating and cooling of the room was also great. It’s also in a very central area for what we went for. They were also very accommodating upon arrival as we had to change our room type. Little downside was that there was hole in the wall near the shower where spiders and ants crawled out from time to time. Also the door...
