”Our stay was outstanding! We had to check out early from a different holiday inn due to an unhappy stay to be overly impressed with this Holiday Inn off Frontage Rd. The hotel room and lobby were very clean and smelled clean! Thank you Toi for a wonderful breakfast that was full and ready! She was very attentive and helpful to my five children! She made sure everything was stocked, fresh, and clean! Want to thank the front desk, Jasmine for helping us get quick service on a crib for our baby!...

The bedding was very comfortable (probably the best we have had), the water pressure and temperature of the shower was great, and the heating and cooling of the room was also great. It’s also in a very central area for what we went for. They were also very accommodating upon arrival as we had to change our room type. ”The room had a very strong smell, so we had to get air fresheners, and the window was taped up. The carpet wasn't clean, and I also had to wipe everything down with cleaning spray. The beds were not comfortable, and the breakfast food tasted old. The staff was pleasant, but I would not stay here again. And also, housekeeping never came to clean out the room”

”Parking was terrible, had to park around the building in the back of the hotel. Tons of people sitting outside smoking and drinking on the property. The blow dryer wasn’t working in the room: Wasn’t offered another room the maintenance person came to the room an repaired the blow dryer in the room while we were in the room for almost an hour which made me feel very uncomfortable.Then the lights went out from about 3am to 7am!!!!
