”Room wasn’t ready, check in was at 3pm, got there at 7. They had us waiting outside our room till 8pm because it wasn’t cleaned. When we got there they gave us a room with only one bed when I reserved for double beds. Unprofessional and room floor was dirty. No parking spots after 12pm so go early as 3 hotels share the same small little parking lot!”

”As soon as I walked in, I was treated like a VIP… even though we didn’t get an invitation to the wedding that everyone was talking about. I was “this close” to saying that we were a part of the wedding because I saw these cute yellow bags that were screaming “I was put together by my favorite region bride!” But after I was given the biggest compliment by the 5 star welcome team (they loved my Amazon progressive glasses and thought they were designer!!!) I forgot all about the wedding treats....

”The hotel was closed due to no power. I was not able to check in as they were not open. Why did you take my reservation. I need my money back!!!”

”The pictures and reviews and listing on expedia did not meet my expectations of this hotel. I wonder if the pictures have been touched up by AI? The pool and hot tub were both shut down. The hallways and common areas were very visibly dirty and smelled. E-xpedia will not allow me to write our full experience on this platform. Read between the lines if you can. Our beds were clean. Parts of the bathroom had been cleaned but not vertical surfaces. Breakfast was not as substantial as other...

”The breakfast sucked. They only offered potatoes and sausage. No eggs, nothing. It sucked.”

”The front desk at checkout was rude didn’t want to give me a receipt and I paid for a room with a microwave it didn’t have one so all the food i bought before was just obsolete. The cleaning people were lazy didn’t want to change my sheets nobody was even in the room for hours came back the beds were the same as we left them. The mini fridge was broken, the shower door was sliding on its own. I really feel like I was robbed I’ll never go back.”

”Been here 3 times now and every single time has been a great experience, never had any issues and checking in and out is so quick , whenever there are concerts I attend in Tinley park, this is the only place where I would stay at , thank you for being amazing”

”Room was large & clean. A/C was an issue because it blew right on you in the bed. We shut it off but room got hot. No way to turn it down Cookies were delicious”
