”Went for a nice weekend away, took a little working out where it was located, for help, left at the green then left down the tracks :) House was in prestine condition was a lovely stay”

”Room was extremely well laid, spotlessly clean and the bathroom was modern and bright and the shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows that are often an issue for me. We were made very welcome would thoroughly recommend the George.”

”Lovely bedroom and bathroom. We were very warm and comfortable. Would suggest install a small handrail when going up the two steps into the bathroom would be a great help for the less able bodied. Really enjoyed being there and hope to return. ”

”Excellent location right in the centre of Buxton. We were attending a concert in Opera House which is about 200 yards away from the venue. There were several excellent bars and restaurants within close proximity. Room was clean and functional with decent breakfast in the morning. Would stay again if visiting the area.”

”Lovely place, service was authentic and very friendly. Would have helped to have parking instructions beforehand, but they handled it perfectly as well at the location. Breakfast was good and the location was convenient for exploring the Peak district.”
