Manager was really polite and friendly accesses accommodation when Wotif site mad 5 bookings and unable to cancel! Great venue clean rooms good breakfast and bar food happy hour great with snacks loved it! Helen

The air was effective. The room very clean and well serviced. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Chloe in particular was wonderful. Extremely efficient and considerate. Lakeside Inn Illawarra
Management are very good. I had to cancel my trip due to injury and the management called to say they have offered me credit to use within 3 months. I had not taken booking insurance so this was above and beyond expectations. Looking forward to the trip soon.
