”Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by...

”Stayed at Brockencote in early September 2026. It was a very enjoyable visit. Highly recommend for peace and quiet, friendly staff, beautiful location, safe and easy parking, short distance to many local attractions. Must do's include Harvington Hall, Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Black Country Living Museum, Worcester. It is also not too far from Cotswolds tourist sites. The staff were excellent. The room was clean but the furnitures shown years of neglect the fridge didn’t work and in the bathroom the basin was cracked and looked like this had happened years ago the toilet needs replacing, the tap over the basin was so short that as you attempt to use it the water was feeding back to the work surface instead of directly down into the basin. ”Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet.”
