”Excellent customer service, clean and well maintained rooms. Quiet. Great location. Will definitely stay here again.”

”the staff was lovely and the house was very cozy!!! loved that there was a kitchen that we could use upstairs. the room and bathroom were very clean and modern. location is perfect, walkable, and very accessible by bus or train! we loved our stay here and wish it could have been longer!”

”Great place to stay with great metro connections!”

”We arrived, the desk guy was extremely confused and not talking right, like he was baked or something. The fire alarm went off SIX times and that was just the first two hours of the stay. You could hear everything from above and below. The "club" downstairs went until 2am the first night and the second night I had to take sleep aids just to be woken up by more drunk loud people. The room looked like nobody even tried to make it ready. The tv, the AC and even the lights didn't work properly....

”No breakfast in hotel Room is good Hotel is near subway The key sometimes didnt work”

”An overall pleasent expierience. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and well maintained. Subway fairly far, but there are pleanty of bus stops.”

”Stayed for one night with the kids and everything went well and smooth, really great, attentive staff!”

”Great for me and my friend's first visit in New York. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were nice and clean, beds very comfortable. The price was ok, cheaper than in Manhattan. Around a 10 min ride to uptown Manhattan with the M train. The downside was that the walking distance to the closest subway station was 15 minutes. The neighbourhood was safe, but it felt a little but strange walking there since it felt like we were the only non-jews there, so we...

”This was my only option to sleeping at the airport because all the flights were cancelled. The clerk was ok friendly. I was feeling apprehensive about the sheets being clean, so they just gave me new sheets, didn’t say sorry or anything. My experience would have been reasonable considering the circumstances but on top of the flight my phone started acting up. The only one thing I asked from the receptionist (in addition to the sheets) was to wake me up at 4:20 to catch my flight. That was...

”Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended One of the most inconvenient hotel experiences I've had. I wasn't even provided with a room key. Every time I needed to enter or leave my room, I had to go downstairs and ask the staff to unlock or lock the door for me. This is completely unacceptable for a paying guest. Basic privacy, independence, and convenience should not be something customers have to ask for. On top of that, the hotel lacks suitable parking facilities for its guests, making...

”Pick a different hotel.”

”First thing you notice when you come in is the smell of cigarettes and weed. Worse place to book”

”The staff her are top notch and make this place feel like a home away from home. I always feel welcome and it’s a comfortable and enjoyable stay with thoughtful amenities. The restaurant upstairs is beautiful, staff warm and attentive, and the food excellent. Shouts out to TJ, Matt, and Michael!”
