”The rooms are large and renovated. They include a stove, dishwasher, microwave and 2 bathrooms!!!! The pool is too small to swim in though so that was a disappointment.”

”We had a great time and everything was clean and beautiful my only little problem was the shower head it definitely could have been better especially to make the beautiful aesthetic of the room but over all 10/10”

”vietimme yhden yön pohjois-tornin merinäköalallisessa huoneessa 38. kerroksessa. hotelli/kasino oli kaikkialtaan puhdas ja kaikki toimi hienosti. kokemus oli kokonaisuutena loistava. ainoan miinuksen annan uima-altaalle johon osa ihmisistä tuli uimaan "katuvaatteet" päällään. jotkut uivat farkkusortseissa, toiset reisitaskuhousuissa ja t-paidoissa. kaikki tämä oli säännöissä kielletty, mutta kukaan ei tuntunut välittävän siitä.”

”The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very responsive and always helpful. Plenty of eating choices and food was very good. Enjoyed our stay.”

”Parking at the hotel is a real hassle. You have to park in a small, cramped area under the hotel, where you have to park in front of each other. When you leave, you have to rearrange the cars! Our room was adequate for our needs, but it was very dusty and the sheets were stained when we arrived. Luckily, on the second day, the cleaner changed the sheets without being asked, so they probably noticed the stains too! It served its purpose for the short time we were there.”

”Absolutely terrible! Elevators took 30 minutes just to get to your floor and every time it would even get to your floor it would be full after 30 minutes! Had to haul 3 suite cases 15 flights of stairs because I was not going to wait a hour just for an elevator:( Floors were stained bad and it was all humid! Rooms were okay! In the parking garage the spaces are way too close! my car got hit just in a parking spot away from everyone! Workers were rude as well. Never coming back!”

”Hotel stay was good.Front seat agent was not to nice. I felt like she was judging a book by its cover. I also asked her for a pin and paper so I can write my address and she said she would take it out load. Also kept asking me do I have a car after I told her I have no drivers license. Just wierd but over all say was good.”

”We were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade that included a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was a highlight, and the rooftop bar offered amazing views, tasty reasonably priced snacks and drinks and excellent service. Comfortable beds, big TV, fast self-checkout and reliable Wi-Fi were also positives. However, the room had several issues: the AC dripped water inside, was noisy and so was the small fridge. ”Very nice stay, friendly staff, excellent location. Checking in and out smooth, check-out automate worked nicely.”

”One of the towel was really dirty, bed sheet was ripped from aside and last housekeeper comes knocking door around 8-9 not once twice.”

”I didn't like anything about the Clarion, it looked like a welfare motel and on top of that I heard another guest complaining about bed bugs. After all of that I didn't feel comfortable staying there. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This was the absolute worst place I've ever "ATEMPTED" to stay. This hotel needs to be removed for false advertisement.”
