The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall. Breakfast was good.

Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption
 at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager ...

Erinomaista asiakkaan huomiointia.
Erityismaininnan arvoista oli palvelu. Saimme hotellihuoneen jo klo 11.30, aikainen sisÀÀnkirjautuminen oli varattu klo 13. Ja lÀhtöpÀivÀnÀ lÀhdimme jo ennen aamupalaa, niin hienosti jÀrjestyi ruokaboksi matkaan!

Nice hotel, but the service could be better
The room was nice and the location of the hotel at the beach is excellent as was the breakfast. The tv in our room didn’t work and we complained three times about it at the reception, but nothing happened đŸ˜”
